Where to purchase a permit ?
You can click on the permit button on this page and print the permit form, fill it out and mail it in.  You will receive your permit in about 10 days.   If you want it faster, you can visit the local Stillwater Parks & Rec office (M-F 8-5) or any of the local cycle shops, Coopers bicycle shop or Lake Carl Blackwell park office.
